/ Quick summary

TriplTrip enables independent hotels to create their own loyalty programs, offering points, perks, and discounts to retain guests and compete with major industry players.

I developed the logo and visual identity, blending the concepts of an emblem and a location pin. The design embodies warmth, richness, dynamism, and approachability, deliberately diverging from competitors' cooler palettes like blue, gray, and gold. We refined the MVP, which allows independent hotels to create personalized loyalty programs featuring their branding, benefits, and reward tiers. Working within existing functionality and tight deadlines, we leveraged Material Design components to optimize efficiency and ensure faster application delivery.

Next, we designed a back office for hotels to manage their loyalty programs. Customization options were intentionally limited to ensure user experience consistency, with careful consideration of how branding choices like typography and background colors would impact the application.Additionally, we created a widget template to help hotels promote their loyalty benefits directly on their websites, driving guest engagement. Finally, I designed the TriplTrip website for both B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring clarity, usability, and a cohesive brand presence across platforms.
