Chance offers a skills assessment that accompanies, without restriction of level, employees or individuals. The course covers the first phases of reflection up to their new professional life.

Within the design team, I was able to rethink the MVP that was desktop-only and create a pleasant multi-platform experience with profile reflecting the user's progress.
		
I was then task to challenge the brand as a whole with the VP communication to allow the user to evolve in a framework of trust by focusing the concept not on the idea of a life revolution but on the fact that they will be listened to and accompanied in their evolution with a trusted person.
		
Afterthat, I worked in the marketing & acquisition team to rethink or set up different blocks (website, landing page, campaign, ads etc.) and leadmagnet to achieve our company goals of +10% growth per month.
