/ Quick summary
Gorgias is a helpdesk serving over 10,000+ e-commerce merchants and designed to support all tools in their stack.
With the shift from a "blank canvas" approach (Gorgias 2023) to a defined brand direction under the new Head of Design, I applied the updated style across key digital elements. This included revamping the website, creating product illustrations, graphic designs, newsletters, lead-generation PDFs, playbooks, social media posts, and pitch decks. To improve efficiency and ensure consistency, I also developed the first version of a UI kit.
This was use to reduced redundant CSS styles in Webflow, introduced reusable components, and delivered a cohesive user experience. Additionally, I set up and organized the design brand book in Frontify, streamlining access to assets and design guidelines for internal teams and external partners. Currently, as part of a team of three, we are addressing design debt to continuously enhance the user experience.
